Workshop on emotional intelligence

Dunapack Packaging Poland has organized emotional intelligence workshops for its employees in cooperation with Mach & Partner Consulting Sp. z o.o. - doradztwo i szkolenia dla firm to guide them about managing their emotions while strengthening their self-esteem and sense of empathy. 

A total of 5 training sessions over 2 days of workshops with 89 participants included healthy exchange of statements and reflections during joint discussions as well as practical exercises.

We remain confident that the newly acquired knowledge and skills in the field of emotional intelligence will prove to be helpful to our colleagues in their professional and personal lives.
