In 2023, the Prinzhorn Group continued its HR strategy with a clear focus on implementing the company's purpose, "We live circularity". Improving Working Conditions: Based on employee surveys, turnover trends, and exit interviews, a package of measures was defined to optimize working conditions, decentralized for implementation across various locations. #Galina Georgieva
First-Line Manager Academy: Training sessions for first-line managers (shift leaders and machine operators) emphasized respectful and constructive communication to enhance employee engagement. Development Program for Production Staff: A dedicated development process was designed with focus on efficient development approaches for production staff, incorporating practical methods and tools like: development during onboarding, skill matrix assessment, annual individual employee talks outlining planned development activities. #Stefania Vatca
