Last week, we had the honor of hosting over 100 talented individuals at our two-day event in Istanbul, focused on creating tomorrow, empowering talents, and building meaningful connections.

Day 1 Highlights: The event opened with an inspiring welcome speech from Gerald Prinzhorn, emphasizing the importance of leadership, trying new things, embracing failures, and staying patient. He reminded us that life is not a rehearsal: "Get things done." These insights resonated deeply with the audience.

We also introduced our “We live circularity- Purpose Puzzle” – a collaborative masterpiece where participants expressed their unique visions and perspectives. This artwork, symbolizing our collective purpose, will soon have a special place in our headquarters.

Our management team, including Max Hölbl, Harald Ganster, Michael Schuetz, Bugra Sukan, Slobodan Simovic, Sigmar Mielacher, and Ronald Fink, led discussions on our core values: People, Performance, Responsibility. Together, we explored how we live these values daily and identified areas for growth and innovation.

The day culminated in a spectacular Bosporus boat trip, filled with music, networking, and a shared sense of purpose.

Day 2 Highlights: We were deeply inspired by Andreas Onea, Paralympic swimmer, who shared his story of overcoming challenges and proving that people with disabilities possess unique abilities. His message? Take ownership, work hard, and you can make a difference. The pool challenge he set sparked reflection on how we each handle our own limitations and turn them into strengths.

Through creative exercises, participants explored their "missing arm" or "blind spot," producing insightful videos and performances. We wrapped up the event by translating these reflections into personal and professional goals, committing to shaping Prinzhorn for the next 170 years.

Together, we live circularity!
