We have conducted in-depth customer interviews in collaboration with Horvath & Partners, and have challenged ourselves in the course of internal workshops.
At Dunapack Packaging, customers are the centre of our universe, and we have focused our efforts on developing a customer experience strategy based on the Dunapack ONE Meta Journey.
Our discoveries are now being transferred into activities related to customer requirements and expectations. Our aim is to incorporate them into daily routines, truly giving life to our stategy.
