While the weather was nice overall, there could have been more snow but nevertheless the trip offered a valuable opportunity for colleagues to connect on a personal level, away from the pressures of work. Conversations flowed freely on chairlifts and over hot cocoa breaks, fostering deeper connections and understanding amongst team members.
